COMMON LANDSCAPES

In the 20th century the built environment was decoupled from its geographical constraints through innovations in infrastructure, mobility, and land speculation/surveying. Whilst this provided new avenues of development, it also caused environmental degradation at unprecedented scale.

RDVA designs project that seek to mend these historical slights through creating projects that depart from a carefull geographic understanding of regions and places. Our goals is to achieve this while simultaneously unlocking new avenues for sustainable development, new collaborations and inspiring civic value.
